Raila told to support Kalonzo in 2017

LEADERS in Ukambani have urged Cord leader Raila Odinga to support Wiper’s Kalonzo Musyoka as the presidential flag bearer of the coalition in 2017.

Led by Makueni Governor Kivutha Kibwana and Machakos Senator Johnstone Muthama, the politicians said it is time Raila returns the favour he received from Kalonzo in 2013. “In 2002, Raila and Kalonzo said Kibaki tosha. In 2013 Kalonzo said Raila tosha.

Now we hope Raila will see it prudent to support Kalonzo for presidency in 2017,” Kibwana said. He said his Muungano Party will join forces with Wiper Party to form a strong coalition for Kalonzo to clinch the presidency come 2017. “I have done my research in Ukambani and found that Wiper is the only party that has a big following,” he said.
