Wavinya appreciated Machakos residents who came out in large numbers despite the rains and delay in voting materials to ensure she’s the next Machakos Governor.
Wavinya Ndeti garnered 227, 947 votes while Kiala secured 4,908 votes only.
“Machakos people have woken up and I will give Machakos County back to the people. Contractors have died and the rest have been auctioned” – Wiper Gubernatorial aspirant, Wavinya Ndeti. These sentiments were echoed by other area leaders together with her Deputy Governor Peter Mathuki.
Wiper National Elections Board chair, Solitei has urged Kiala to support Wavinya in order to strengthen the party. She was speaking while handing certificates to Mrs Ndeti.
