Former National Assembly Hansard Expert and KITUI Assembly Minority Leader’s Father Jeremiah Kiema dies after a long illness

A retired Hansard Editor at the Kenya National Assembly Jeremiah Kiema the father to Yatta-Kwavonza Ward MCA and Minority Leader Hon. John Kisangau popularly known as Mbaki Mbaki perished after a long illness.

The late Kiema will be laid to rest on Saturday December 9, 2017 at their rural home in Kanguu Village in Lower Yatta, Kitui Rural sub county.

Relatives and friends are meeting daily at Garden Square restaurant opposite City Hall in Nairobi’s CBD starting 6pm in preparation of a mini-harambee to be held on Friday 1st December, 2017 that targets to raise 2.9m for hospital bill and funeral arrangements. The fundraising will run concurrently with another one in Parkside Villa Hotel in Kitui Town.

“…My Father, My Mentor, My Hero and friend. We loved you dearly But God loved you more… A whole library has burned down” commented Hon. Kisangau in facebook after his father’s demise.
