“I am somebody who has a legal background and I would like to uphold the law. I have not been part of the process or agreement that finally came into pushing for the swearing-in,”The former House deputy speaker said.

Wiper party further insisted on the same through their officil Twitter Handle noting that they had not endorsed the swearing-in and that NASA aught to use other methods save conducting an oath.

The Makueni County Senator Mutula Kilonzo on the other hand affirmed that the swearing-in is not possible adding that their party leader who doubles as NASA’s deputy president will not be attending the event.
