According to Kitui East parliamentary aspirant, Mr Kitute the number of needy students/pupils is high and there is need to support the brilliant but needy students to pursue education.
This happened when l zombe area Chief, Dismas Kiita shared the plight of one Denis Kula Musyimi who scored 348 marks in his KCPE with Kitute. This was done through a letter. Dennis Musyimi comes from Malatani sub-location.
Mr Kitute said he realized that the payment of fees of continuing and joining students had become a problem to parents due to financial constraints.

The parliamentary aspirant urged County Government to see what it can be done to cushion parents from this burden especially those joining form ones.
“Our Governor through County CEC in charge of education should hasten her bursary program which should benefit the needy students” said Kitute.
The Kitui East aspiring urged Jubilee government to come out clean on free secondary. “Before the government rearranges itself Kitute foundation will do the necessary” He added
Kitute was accompanied by Boniface Munyasya, chairman And Eng Adrian Maliti Acting K east coordinator.
