Kalonzo,Mudavadi asked to keep off Uhuru-Raila talks

A section of National Super alliance (NASA) leaders amongst them Siaya county Senetor James Orengo, have strongly condemned Wiper leader Kalonzo Musyoka’s push to meet with president Uhuru Kenyatta.

Speaking in reference to Kalonzo’s pleas to meet the Head of State, Orengo told the Wiper boss alongside his ANC and Ford Kenya counterparts, Musalia Mudavadi and Moses Wetang’ula that the newly established truce is an exclusive affair pitting Raila and the President.

“Please, let no one try going in there. We want the two leaders to talk among themselves. We want to give them ample space without any interference,” The NASA’s senior counsel noted.
Orengo further hit back at the trio, accusing them of betrayal during the January 30 swearing in ceremony that took place at Uhuru park and in which the three never showed up.

“If you know you were not in Uhuru Park, please don’t waste time demanding to be included in the talks,” said Orengo.
