Kitui south residents today celebrated Good Friday in style after their member of national assembly, Madam Rachael Kaki committed herself to make this day memorable for her constituents.

As it has been before, the disabled have always been ‘ignored’. This morning, she hosted over 100 physically challenged  children from Kyatune, Mutomo and Ikanga special schools across her area of power in her home. She also promised each school over Ksh.1 million for school fees. Smiles were written in these children’s faces appreciating the kind gesture from their Member of Parliament who also gave them varieties of presents.

Hon Rachael Kaki visiting the sick at Mutomo Mission Hospital where she paid hospital bills for several patients. She also shared easter holiday gifts to the patients.

Patients at St. Lourdes Mutomo mission hospital also welcomed the mp in their sickbeds where she consoled them, gave them food, Easter holiday gifts and she settled most of their medical bills.

The second term mp later joined Catholic faithfuls in the area for the way of the cross.
