Governor Ngilu said cases of demolition of Musangi’s Kiosks was a characteristic of the former regime, which cared less for the welfare of the small scale traders, terming it  barbaric and an insult to the people.A trait she will not allow.

“This is an outdated act  that is unacceptable. KENHA should have given the traders a notice  to vacate and clear their property rather than waking up to find their Kiosks demolished.” She said.
