Sharon Killers should be eaten by wolves ‘Akiangai’: Mutula says

Makueni Senator Mutula Kilonzo Junior

Politicians have continued to condemn the killing of the slain Rongo University student Sharon Otieno who was found dead in Homa Bay last week.

Makueni senator Mutula Kilonzo Jnr has said that the perpetrators should be handed over to the public.

The senator while speaking during the anniversary of governor Mike Sonko’s father Kioko Kivanguli added that the killers of the slain student should be tied with ropes and left for wolves to eat them.

“These people, we should tie them on a tree somewhere at Nairobi National Park so that they are eaten by wolves, Akiangai! Nobody deserves to die like this”, Mutula said.

On his part Nairobi governor Mike Sonko has said called on the DPP Noordin Haji and DCI George Kinoti to arrest the culprits warning them to stop playing with the minds of Kenyans.

“Sharon was stabbed eight times, DPP Noordin Haji, Kinoti, stop playing with the minds of the Kenyans” Sonko said.

The Nairobi boss also warned the council of governors not to call for a press conference to defend suspects.

“And am telling Nanok not to call us to a Council of Governors press conference to help a murderer” Sonko added.

The killing of the student has also caused public outcry with the DPP promising prompt investigation to the matter.

Sharon was abducted together with Nation Media journalist Barrack Odour who escaped by jumping out of the moving vehicle leaving Sharon with the abductors.

Sharon’s body was later recovered at Kodera forest.
