The delivery, she assured, would change the lives of the people of Kitui for the better.
The Governor was speaking to worshippers at AIC Ikulumbutini, Yatta DCC in Kitui Rural during a celebration for the retirement of the outgoing Area Bishop Rev. Dr. Benjamin Mule Mukuu and the inauguration of Kitui Area Assistant Bishop, Rev. Joseph Musumba.

She cited, among others, the installation of the ballast crashers at kwa vonza and the Artificial insemination program that she launched on Wednesday.
Calling on residents to take advantage of the initiatives, Governor Ngilu reiterated that the insemination project is meant to boost productivity for both beef and milk across the county.
She said that the County Government, in collaboration with SEKU university has set aside 200 acres of land for production of grass, a move aimed at alleviating the challenge of lack of pasture, which has been a major impediment to most livestock keepers in the county.
She was accompanied by veteran Kitui politician Mrs. Nyiva Mwendewa and a host of other leaders .
