TENSION as BEES might strike Ruto in Kitui

Deputy President William Ruto is expected in Kitui over the weekend in what pundits say is a move by the Jubilee regime to test the mood of the Kamba , He will be visiting the political backyard of suspended Lands Cabinet Secretary Charity Ngilu who was in court on Friday.

Mr Ruto will be the chief guest at St Charles Lwanga Boys’ Secondary School’s anniversary celebrations. The school is adjacent to Mrs Ngilu’s Ithookwe village home.

Whereas the event organised by the school’s old boys was planned months ago, the DP’s visit coming a day after the suspended CS was in court over corruption-related charges has raised eyebrows.

Speculation is live that he may once again be attacked by bees especially if his trip is meant to divide the great people of Ukambani. Word on the ground is that Kenya Wildlife Service officers and bee experts from the Minstry of Agriculture will be on location just in-case their expertise will be required to neutralize the bees.
