Our people must lead sustainable livelihoods, Kitui County government


    Women and youth have been encouraged to form groups and engage in sustainable economic activities to improve on their livelihoods and secure an opportunity to benefit from the county government’s grants.

    On Tuesday July 5 at Katyethoka village the County Government of Kitui presented plastic chairs to Zion Women group. Malombe’s administration has said it will do this across the county in its efforts to improve the livelihoods of its people.

    Kitui central ward administrators, Gibson Kathoka congratulated his boss for the generous gesture of donating plastic chairs to his people.

    The county government has been going around the county funding economically viable projects initiated by the youth and women groups in the county. The county had recently donated goats to a youth group in Kalundu.
