The couple’s joy of welcoming their second born child, baby Takisha Matanah is overwhelming, Bonnie has expressed his immeasurable joy in welcoming his newest bundle of joy on Saturday July 16.


“Her name is Takisha Matanah” Said Bonnie in a phone interview with KO “Takisha is an American-Arabic name meaning ‘Well and alive’Matanah is a Hebrew name for ‘God’s gift’ She was born yesterday at 1pm at The Nairobi hospital.” Overjoyed Bonnie explained.

Takisha is the second baby to the couple who already have a first born baby girl Lovelyn Mutanu.

Cheers and chants of “Congratulations!” rang out from all corners, from the many of his friends and followers on the interwebs on receiving the news.

Bonnie is a veteran news anchor at the national broadcaster KBC Channel One, he is an eloquent Swahili news presenter who hosts the 7.00pm prime news every day, a radio host and an aspiring politician from Kitui County.
