    Gubernatorial aspirant and Fomer Lands CS Charity Ngilu visited victims of banditry in Ngomeni

    Over 4000 residents have fled their homes in Ngomeni, Mwingi North as a result of insecurity. Eighteen people have so far been killed recently by Somali bandits.

    Ngilu condoled with the families of the deceased and interacted with traders at Ngomeni market which has experienced rampant insecurity.Residents have since fled their homes.

    Ngilu called upon the Ministry of Interior and Coordination to restore security in the area. Ngilu was addressing the residents of Kasiluni and Kalwa over the weekend.

    Sen. Musila has also visited the residents of Ngomeni Ward and consoled the berieved families after that barbaric attack. He went further to hold rallies at Kasiluni and ngomeni town to address this security menace.
