A section of Kamba elders have denied any possibility that they will support the newly formed Jubilee forgetting their very own. Speculations were rife that the Kamba elders had agreed into a deal with GEMA to support Jubilee.

Speaking recently when they crowned a new elder Lawrence Maingi the Chairman to the council said their allegiance still lies with the Wiper party.

The Chair James Kaimeti, dismissed allegations that an agreement was reached for GEMA to support Uhuru Kenyatta for the presidency in the next year’s elections.

The elders many whom were drawn from Masinga in Machakos County confirmed they are with the Wiper party saying any other speculations are mere propaganda and an empty talk.

Led by the Masinga Sub County Council of Elders chairman, James Kaimeti, the group on Monday 19 declared their stand with the Wiper Party and not Jubilee.

The elders have warned those leaders have decided to defect to Jubilee to desist from dragging everyone to their own mud. Saying they should keep off as the Kambas will not support Jubilee in 2017.
