Mwingi West MP Benard Kitungi has been warned to prepare for a thick fight ahead of next year’s general elections.
A businessman Koki Musau from Mwingi West who lost to the incumbent in 2013 has vowed to take over the mantle come 2017.
The aspiring MP who is running on a Jubilee Party ticket, has expressed confidence that he will unseat the incumbent and has been on the road popularizing his candidature.
Koki Musau, will battle it out with Wiper’s Bernard Kitungi, whom he has promised a “battle royale”.
Speaking at a rally attended by former Lands CS Charity Ngilu at Nzawa trading centre on Saturday last week. Musau said Jubilee is the best vehicle to take him to parliament he has no doubt that he will sail through this time round, he urged the residents to support the Jubilee party and called on Ngilu to also join the club.
