Leaders console Former MP Wavinya Ndeti after death of husband.

Overwhelming consolation messages have been trickling down after the former Kathiani MP Wavinya Ndeti made public the news of the demise of her husband early Sunday morning.

Mr. Dolamu Henry Oduwole who had been ailing passed on on Sunday at Nairobi Hospital. The sad news was broken by the Former legislator after she posted on her Facebook page a message eulogizing her husband.

“I am deeply saddened to announce the demise of my beloved husband who passed on early this morning. He fought a good fight and as a family we pray that God will grant us strength to endure this devastating loss. May God grant my families in Kenya and Nigeria, our friends, partners and the people of Machakos a comforting hand during this trying time. Rest well my darling till we meet again,” Ms Ndeti said.

The former legislator has since received overwhelming sympathy messages from leaders and friends altogether.
Among the first people to send comforting messages to Wavinya were Former Lands CS Charity Ngilu who wrote; “On my behalf and that of the Mbaitu FM fraternity, we stand with the family to share this profound loss and pray to the almighty God to give them strength to bear the loss of a loved one,” Mrs Ngilu.

And Machakos Governor Alfred Mutua who promised his support to the family at this trying moment, “May the Lord grant Hon Ndeti and her family the strength to bear the loss of her loving husband,” he said in a statement.

Oduwale was a certified accountant and a big businessman from a royal family in Nigeria.He met Mrs Ndeti in the early 1990s in the UK where they were both pursuing higher education.
