Two members of Wiper Democratic Movement have said they will move to court on Monday to block Parliament from conducting vetting of EALA members slated for 23rd May 2017.
Temi Mutia and Zeth Omollo accused Wiper officials of rigging in Kalonzo’s son, Kennedy Musyoka , despite poor performance during the wiper’s vetting.
The duo argue that the party vetting process was marred by serious “opacity and flaws.”
The panel headed by Farah Maalim was not furnished with copies of Kennedy’s curriculum vitae,” they said . This was despite the fact that the CV was a mandatory requirement in the application
