Kitui Governor – elect, Charity Ngilu sought divine guidance to push Kitui higher economically.
Ngilu asked church leaders not to abandon her in her bid to make Kitui a better place.
“Do not abandon me after today’s event but always be with me so that we can build Kitui and make it great.”
She spoke at Muslim secondary ground, Kitui Township on Monday during thanksgiving prayers for her election.
The service was led by Redeemed Gospel Church Bishop Arthur Kitonga.
