Mwingi Central Legislator Gideon Mulyungi has today(Monday) said that his life is in danger and anytime anything could happen to him.
Addressing journalists at his Kalisasi home in Mwingi, Mulyungi said that he is targeted by criminals.
‘yesterday as I was going round in town greeting traders, I found about 30 hired goons armed with bows and arrows at Umoja petrol station ,’ the disturbed Mp said
Tsunami, as the Mp is popularly known said he identified the gang ring leader who is somebody well known to him and informed the police.
In addition the Mp has called for increased security vigilance and not let loose weapons in town.
‘The Ocpd should take the necessary action for the other day, these are the same people who stoned my cars, ‘ Mulyungi added.
Contacted on the same, Mwingi Central Police Boss, John Nyamu said investigations are ongoing.
