Tying Governor Mutua to turning the county administration as if it were his own home, Ms. Ndeti said there should be a complete explanation of the same from the County Boss. The former gubernatorial contestant expressed her dissatisfaction by Mutua’s governance to inflicting pain among the locals through his stalked development projects.

“It’s shocking that the governor has chosen to withhold MCAs salaries for two months, no law whatsoever permits one to withhold ones salary trying to control the county like his own home,” unhappy Wavinya directed to Governor Alfred Mutua.

Her words were echoed by the Ekalakala MCA Hon. Stephen Mwanthi who rooted the governor to the dysfunctional state of the earlier initiated projects during his first tenure in office. The duo lamented over the threatening water scarcity in the county despite the governor having pledges to fight the same upon recapturing the seat for his second term.
