Ngilu drags Kalonzo into her ‘mess’ to seek political sympathy, Kyuso MCA

Kitui Mcas have declared war on graft and fight for the rights of Kitui residents at all costs.
The county legislators started by rejecting supplementary budget saying there was huge inflation and the county government did not account for the main budget that was passed on 28/6/2018.
On the same day,Tseikuru MCA Boniface kilaa who is also chair of budget committee tabled a motion of impeaching Finance CECM Mary Nguli over gross violation of working laws.
The Minister was yesterday (18/12/2018) impeached by 35/37 Mcas and an _ad hoc_ committee was formed to investigate the issues raised on the floor of the house, then table a report before the house.
However, Governor Ngilu on Jamhuri day was quoted saying MCA’s pursuit to disturb her administration was indirect manifestation of Kalonzo’s involvement.
In response, Kyuso Member of County Assembly, Stephen Makau clearly pointed out that the Wiper party leader has never interfered with the affairs of kitui.
“We are grown ups, well educated and elected so we make informed and independent decision,” Makau, who is also the assembly’s Chief Whip stated.
“Ngilu and her allies want to drag Kalonzo in this to attract political sympathy and we will not allow ourselves to be cowed till she starts working professionally. It’s her who started a scheme to ensure wiper zones don’t get services so that we are all voted out and she gets NARC Mcas are elected in our regions, ” the wiper Mca affirmed.
