Mwingi Cental Member of National Assembly, Gideon Mulyungi has termed Deputy President a complaining baby who is just grumbling after his father brings in another child into the house especially when there is insufficient food.
Speaking at Kanyunga area, Kivou ward within his sub-county where he delivered money to begin construction of a police post following insecurity cases in the area, Mulyungi said DP Ruto is not opposing building bridges initiative but fighting for Jubilee not to be divided.
“I thank Hon. Raila for handshake and Building bridges initiative which is aimed at bringing Kenyans together through constitutional amendment that must look at how Kenyans are included in the government,” Mulyungi said.
Mulyungi proposed that by returning the position of Prime Minister and his deputy and retaining the president and his Deputy will bring main protagonists together by sharing power.
In addition, the Wiper MP said a one term presidency of 7 years would be suitable to avoid only two communities leading the country so that power is shared by all communities by reducing the length of the presidency which Kenyans will decide during the referendum.
