The country, Kenya in history awaits for the most rejected exercise of Kenya National Bureau of Statistics, census 2019.
This exercise will see a large number of employed persons ‘census’ unemployed youth across the country, against a Government circular against the same.
The process of hiring temporary employees for Census was marred with irregularities ranging from Nepotism to Corruption.
To some extend KNBS officials imported people from other regions to conduct Census in their work area.
Therefore, we will not be surprised to have interpreters to connect the Enumerators with the local people.
In Kitui County, it’s alleged content and ICT supervisors parted with ksh 8,000 – 10,000.
Internal Tension remains high within KNBS officials who received bribes from census 2019 applicants as rejection starts across different parts of the country.
Kangemi in Westlands Constituency residents took to the streets on Thursday to protest the recruitment of census officials in the area, terming it as flawed.
This comes days after a group of people from Homa Bay county have moved to court to stop the Kenya National Bureau of Statistics (KNBS) from carrying out the census exercise in the county.

Mimi usikuje kwangu unataka kunihesabu sababu nitakupiga. My sister went to apply and the chief wanted a sexual favor for her to be shortlisted. Is that how we're going to operate?

I was so disappointed that my name was deleted from the list on the checking in day for ICT supervisors training at Nyeri. One senior person from HQ sent a guy to replace me. This guy never attended any of the interviews.

KNBS never address issues. My area chief has her daughter who was a clerk in the last IEBC, huduma number and now here for census. They are colluding with the D.O and I tweeted @KNBStats @FredMatiangi @InteriorKE but no response. #NewsGang @JamilaMohamed #CORRUPTION
