Ken Okoth’s Brother, Bernard Otieno Okoth (Imran) wins ODM ticket for the KIBRA By-Elections with 4382 votes.
He will battle it out with Jubilee’s candidate McDonald Mariga, ANC’s Eliud Owallo & Ford K’s Khamisi Butichi in the 7th Nov by election among other candidates.
