The ministry of health and sanitation Chief Officer Dr. Richard Muthoka on Tuesday announced the reopening of Kyuso Level IV hospital in the course of the week after a week closure following security threats to staff members.
Last week the ministry of health and sanitation temporarily closed Kyuso level IV Hospital following threats to staff members believed to be from other parts of the county.
The security team was called to investigate the matter to the conclusion, they have assured Kyuso community of a guaranteed to the facility prompting the Governor to order the reopening of the facility.
According to Muthoka the hospital is expected to be up and running in the course of the week. Residents have been urged to be keen and report any security threat.
