Telco giant Safaricom on Wednesday, September 11th 2019 opened a new customer care service in Kavisuni, Kitui Rural which will serve customers in the area who previously had to go all the way to Kitui Town to access Safaricom customer care services.
According to Safaricom, the new outlet will serve the telco’s customers in Kitui Rural region which will in turn increase the service provider’s regional footprint.
The need to open the service desk has been driven by the high number of customers who are seeking our services at the care desks.
“Am Glad to be in kavisuni market, very lively market. This Customer care will serve entire Kitui rural sub county.” said Regional Head Manager.
Kavisuni’s Customer care center is the fourth one in the county after kitui town, Kabati and Mutomo.

Safaricom has been persistent in growing its regional footprint since the roll out of the regional structure two years ago. So far, the telco has opened outlets spread across the country.
