Victims of bandit attacks in Mutha continue to suffer


Victims of bandit attacks in Kitui South who are staying in makeshift camps continue to suffer as Rain season start.

They are lacking basic needs: Food, Shelter and Clothing.

Speaking to a local radio station the affected residents say they are sleeping outside Mutha Catholic church with no shelter.

Church management allowed the families to use the compound after they defied orders by government officials to return to their homes.

We can go without food for some days but our young childrens and aged are really suffering” Kasyoka said

They are calling on both national and county Government to take action to save the situation.

More than 200 families fled their homes  following renewed bandit attacks.
