Nothing beats woman’s sweetness-MP to youths

Youths chewing khat have been cautioned against that the bitter green leaves they chew.

Speaking at Kithimani, Yatta MP, Charles Kilonzo outlined the side effects of using miraa one among them, possible cause of infertility.

The youths, those who have abandoned their families were urged to consider stopping the habit of chewing miraa and go back home for no sweetness beats that of a woman.

Those selling the product have also been on spot for their trade according to the legislator takes part in destroying the youths.

“forget the profit it attracts, miraa and its associated products are drugs and their effects on consumers have been proved and are very negative,” said the legislator

Kilonzo appealed to the government to accept that miraa is a drug worth to be banned adding it surprises when miraa farmers are awarded money by the national government.

The Mp wants Machakos County to ban use of miraa.
