A new Infotrak poll released on Sunday, 7th, June 2020 has dented chances of a BBI report passing through should it be presented to Kenyans to vote on.

The results released by Infotrak CEO Angela Ambitho show that only one percent of Kenyans support changes to the Kenyan constitution as recommended in the BBI report.

Among other questions asked centred on the measures taken to contain the Covid-19 pandemic and 71% feel that lack of adherence to social distancing requirements are to blame for the surge in Covid-19 cases.

A paltry 11 per cent support measures taken by the President to curb the spread of Corona virus while the rest termed the curfew sans cessation an overreaction.

The 99 percent of Kenyans that oppose BBI changes to the Constitution might disappoint handshake partners President Uhuru Kenyatta and ODM leader Raila Odinga who are pushing for changes in the executive structure before 2022.
