Mwala MP Reveals Scary Details About the 17-Year-Old Girl Pleading Uhuru for Fees as DCI Begin Probe


Mwala Member of Parliament Hon Vincent Kawaya has disclosed alarming details about the 17-Year-Old Girl identified as Philomena Mutheu pleading President Uhuru Kenyatta to help her settle her school’s fees issuing contentious remarks.

The MP has now seemed to speak contrary to the letter informing that Kenyans should term the viral letter from Philomena Mwilu abs which is referred to the Head of State as fake revealing that after talking with the Principal of St Mary’s school Kithangani he has received fresh details.

The Member of Parliament Mwala has confirmed that Philomena Mwilu’s fees were fully paid for by a Non-Governmental Organization by the Name Living Positive and that the girl is currently at school.

He has added that Kenyans should know that the author of the letter is not Philomena but an NGO that is trying to market itself with Philomena’s woes.

the author of the letter is a competing NGO to living positive called the Oasis of Hope,” MP vincent has added.

MP Vincent has also said that it should be noted that the girl is from Mavoko constituency informing that incase any Kenyan has a query should reach the school’s deputy principal through 0725117827.

The Mwala MP has also said that the issue is currently being handled by the Directorate of Criminal Investigation.
