The National Council will be recruiting data clerks for a period of three  months to serve as enumerators to carry out data collection across the 290 Constituencies.Successful persons will be deployed in the various NCPWD County offices to support the Cash Transfer for Persons with Severe Disabilities Programme at the Constituency level. Remuneration will be determined by prevailing Government regulations on temporary employees.
Visit all listed households within their area;
Interview households and record information as per the registration tool;
Report to supervisors at the end of each day to verify the accuracy of household registrations;
Note any challenges encountered during household interviews and share with supervisors at the end of each day;
Upload data collected to the server at the end of each day;
Be responsible for the NCPWD android devices used for data collection;
Respect the rights of the households being interviewed;
and,Maintain confidentiality of the household information.
Requirements for engagement:
Must have completed the Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE);
Must have Computer proficiency
Should have an android smart phone;
Must be literate in the use of mobile technology and must be able to collect data electronically;
Must be a resident of the Constituency and conversant with the local language.

Interested and eligible persons are invited to apply by attaching a one-page application letter, their CV, copy of National Identification Card and copy of KCSE certificates (which should be submitted ) to the respective County Disability Services Offices .The application should clearly indicate Constituency of application. Applications should be submitted on or before C.O.B 13th August 2021.
