Chairman of National Museum of Kenya, Hon David Musila will be moving to court to compel the National Government Government to compensate people affected by Kibwezi – Kitui – Tulia – Mbondoni road project.
Thousands of people have had their houses, Shambas and shops demolished to pave way for the project.
According to Musila those who had their structures before the survey of the road have the right to be compensated by the client, Government of Kenya.
He has appreciated the government for the noble project that has opened the county as well as enhanced business in the region.
Musila was speaking at during a church function at Mutonguni.
